Happy Friday!

I hope you all had a merry Christmas and are still having a wonderful holiday season. If you, like me, tend to leave outfit planning until the last minute then this post is for you because I am sharing a New Years outfit idea!

New Years Eve is all about the sparkle and metallics. That’s not really my style but I still like to dress up and look festive. I love the pleats on this skirt and the subtle black and grey plaid. I actually designed and made this skirt myself but I love this pleated midi skirt from Everlane and this adorable mini skirt from Reformation.

My absolute favorite part of this look is this blouse: I don’t think my love for peter pan collars will ever die. I’m especially obsessed with the pearl embellishments on this one. This blouse is a bit old but this peter pan collar blouse from Modcloth is so cute and so is this blouse with a floral embellished collar.
