Call me obsessed, or a crazy fangirl but when I heard about this concert 3 months ago, I started freaking out and immediately decided to go. Even though it started at 8pm, on a school night, an hour away from where I live. It was definitely worth it. Owl City is my favorite music artist and the concert was fantastic.
For such an exciting concert, of course I wanted to put together a really cute makeup look and outfit so here it is for all of you to see.
First, my makeup:
I started out with the Maybelline Super Stay foundation and used the La Girl Pro Conceal HD concealer to highlight and conceal under my eyes and I set it all with a loose powder from Covergirl.
I used the WetnWild Color Icon Bronzer in Ticket to Brazil and the Covergirl Cheekers blush in Bark Rose. The bronzer can look a little orange if you overdo it but when applied lightly it gives a really nice glow and the blush is a dark rose color that I think is perfect for fall.
I went for a simple eye look and just put all light brown shadow from ELF all over my lid and crease, lined my upper lashline with the Maybelline Line Stiletto liquid liner and lined the outer half of my upper and lower water line with a dark brown pencil liner from Julep.
I filled in my brows with the light matte brown shadow from ELF and then filled in the ends with the darker matte brown.
On my lips I wore the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On lip pencil in Ozone and the Sephora Glossy Lip Pencil in Glossy Purple.
Now, my outfit:
I wore a cute crop top with birds all over it with some high waisted jeans and black combat boots.
I threw on a black cardigan because it’s been kind of chilly in the evenings in Colorado. I took it off once I got to the concert though because it got warm really quickly.
I went to the concert with two of my sisters. Note, I’m shorter than my baby sister in the pink. I’m the shortest person in my family. *tear*
